The Purchasing Division administers and provides logistical support to the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education so that they can better serve individuals, schools, business and industry, and other governmental entities. Therefore, this division strives to maintain a high standard in responding to the needs of our customers. Our goal is to obtain the maximum value for every dollar spent while complying with governing policies of the State and this Agency.
