| Special Restrictions | Must have high school diploma or GED. Must be within 2 to 10 years of discharging sentence. Must have a 9.0 minimum TABE score. Must be security Level 2 through Level 4 and be recommended by DOC Maintenance Department, DOC Construction Maintenance, or Oklahoma Correctional Industries. |
| Course Description | Students will complete 1050 hours of CareerTech training in the classroom and shop. Students will then be placed in a DOC Maintenance position to complete at least one year of OJT. Students will return to CareerTech for Journeyman License Preparation and be tested by PSI Testing Agency to obtain a State Journeyman license in their respective trade. Students will return to DOC Maintenance and work as a Journeyman until their discharge. Student will then be placed in a Journeyman Level position in Industry. |
