Oklahoma CareerTech Foundation Scholarships

 

The Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education and the Oklahoma CareerTech Foundation proudly facilitates several academic scholarships. Scholarship recipients are representative of our diverse population, varied career paths and educational levels. Whether you are a CareerTech student or CareerTech educator, are new to the system or have many years of experience, scholarship opportunities exist that will help fulfill your goals.


Scholarships for CareerTech Educators


CareerTech Foundation Teacher Recruitment/Retention Scholarship
To recruit and retain teaching professionals in the Oklahoma CareerTech system reflective of the diverse populations we serve.

  • Amount: $500 Semester up to $1500 year
  • Deadline: May 15

Scholarships for College Students

OkACTE/ESSP Casy Cundiff Outstanding Student Scholarship
This scholarship is available to assist a student in accessing or completing a career and technology education career major or entering into the occupation for which he/she has trained.

Washington/Dubose Memorial Scholarship

Applicants for the scholarship must plan to enroll in a full-time program at an Oklahoma Career and Technology Center or as a full- time student in an accredited institution of higher learning for the and spring semester of each year


Scholarships for Technology Center Students


OkACTE/ESSP Casy Cundiff Outstanding Student Scholarship

This scholarship is available to assist a student in accessing or completing a career and technology education career major or entering into the occupation for which he/she has trained.

Otha Grimes – Francis Tuttle Memorial Scholarships
This scholarship is available to adult students enrolled in a program at a Career and Technology Center.

  • Amount: Varies
  • Deadline: Fall - Sept. 15, Spring - Feb. 1
