Universal Encouragement Program
The Universal Encouragement Program is a customizable, online guidance assessment, reporting, communications and evaluation system designed to help counselors and other support professionals document and respond to students’ career and educational needs, interests and experiences. UEP assessments can be used in guidance and encouragement efforts to improve educational attainment and career decision making
Role of CareerTech:
CareerTech includes UEP assessment in OKCIS, makes presentations on it, trains staff and promotes it, and works with developer to enhance it.
