Website and Digital Marketing Coordinator


POSITION: Website and Digital Marketing Coordinator


EDUCATION: Associate Degree and/or career training in area of specialization preferred.  Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks required.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years’ experience in marketing, technology or web-related position preferred.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Advise, consult and coordinate on web projects. Be customer-focused and creative. Maintain a flexible approach to problem solving. Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with outside vendors. Manage information and communications with staff effectively. Participate in short- and long-range planning for the center’s digital presence in order to meet the goals and objectives of the organization. Work with limited supervision, plan projects, set goals, and demonstrate initiative.


Required computer skills:  Microsoft Office Suite, especially Access and PowerPoint, and Adobe applications as well as programs that have FTP functionality. Familiarity with web coding, digital editing software, and video production software preferred.  Preferred skills:  Knowledge of HTML, CSS, .NET, SQL, and content management systems; Familiarity with .NET environments as well as Mac & PC platforms.
