Salary Structure: $44,262 annually + Education add on
10-Month, Certified Teacher

General Job Description
Metro Technology Centers is accepting applications for a Pre-Engineering/Project Lead the Way Teacher who will be responsible for education and supervision of the students in his/her charge utilizing curriculum which follows the Board approved, occupation-based curriculum design, which is delivered in a flexible manner as individual student needs dictate to develop knowledge, skills, work ethics and compatible attitudes for employment.

Special Requirements
Ability to qualify for a Secondary Teaching Certification with vocational endorsement, in subject area to be taught. (Oklahoma State Department of Education.)
Three (3) years experience in engineering, math or physics preferred
Ability to attend a 2-4 week Project Lead The Way (PTLW) Training Institute during the summer months in order to gain PTLW Certification.
Engineering, math or physics degree preferred
