Outlook Web Access

For access to our new email system through the web go to webmail.ok.gov. You will need to enter your Employee Identification Number and your password. First-time users will need to call computer support at X173 to receive their passwords.

Please select "This is a private computer" if you are at work or home. Select "This is a public or shared computer" if you are anywhere else.

Creating a Desktop Shortcut

In your favorite web browser, you will have to make sure that your browser is not maximized, go to  webmail.ok.gov. At the login page "drag and drop" the icon just to the left of "http:\\…" onto the desktop. You should now have a desktop shortcut to the login page for your Outlook Web Access (OWA) email.
