Central Storage

Central Storage is the designated section of the Service Center where vital records and conference items are stored.  The system is designed to allow employees the option of storing their division's records, conference items and student organization materials in an organized manner outside of their immediate office.  The material is available during regular business hours and transported between the main office and the Service Center by our in-house courier.

The tracking system for Central Storage allows us greater accuracy in storing, tracking and updating your boxes or materials by using a bar coding system and generating numerous reports.

The process for storing or retrieving boxes and materials in Central Storage is outlined in the Central Storage Procedures below.  The required Central Storage Form is also listed.
