The Health Certification Project offers the following written certification exams for the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal:

  • Outdoor Fireworks Display Operator

Required Documentation:

  • Original testing confirmation letter on State Fire Marshal letterhead
  • Current, valid state-issued Driver's License or Identification Card issued by any U.S. government entity
