We feel the role of preparing students to enter the Information Technology industry is important and promoting industry certifications for teachers and students is vital in that endeavor. In order to help CareerTech students and instructors implement certification testing in vendor-neutral certifications, a contract was negotiated between ODCTE and CompTIA to provide discounts to our teachers and students for CompTIA exams. Corporate Membership Benefits Teachers in Oklahoma's Technology Centers and CareerTech programs in comprehensive high schools may take any CompTIA exam one time for FREE and their students may take the exams for half-price (or less). CompTIA Certification Voucher Prices for E2C Members Test vouchers must be purchased prior to scheduling of the tests and are available through our testing partners, Thomson Prometric and Pearson VUE. Because the E2C testing program is a voucher-only program, students may not purchase their exam at a test site. Vouchers must be ordered in advance. There is no minimum voucher purchase required. All prices are listed in US dollars. Vouchers purchased by schools may only be resold to students or employees of that school. CompTIA certifications vouchers available through the E2C program are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
