Workshop provides information and insights to ensure that the proposal you submit is responsive to government requirements.  It includes

  • Identifying the government’s requirements in solicitations
  • Identifying and assessing risks
  • Avoiding common pitfalls

Workshop describes elements of pricing for different types of solicitations, and how costing/pricing is integrated into the overall proposal development process.

It includes:

  • Key insights into pricing considerations
  • Typical Cost categories
  • How to assess competition
  • “Pricing to Win” Strategies
