Career and Academic Connections Accountability Report
The CAC division has been working to document and ?market? what has been
accomplished in our area for the 2009-2010 school year. The attached
document is our first venture into this documentation. Our plans are to
continue this annually. We would welcome any feedback you may have on the
content and format. We call it our ? CACAR? which stands for Career and
Academic Connections Accountability Report. If you do something like this
for your student services area, we would love to see it.
Ok-Ahead Scholarship for Oklahoma Students With Disabilities
Applications due no later than Jan. 31. Scholarships are in the amount of
$500 and can be used at any Oklahoma technology center, 2 or 4 year college
or university. Requirements: college student or high school senior, minimum
2.0 cumulative GPA, and have a documented disability. Go to

Change in our Division
We will be saying good bye to Natalie Gay, career and academic systems
specialist. Natalie and her family will be moving to Tulsa. Once again, we
are happy for Natalie and her family but so sad for us. Many of you have
worked with Natalie with OKCIS or KeyTrain and you know what a terrific
resource and person she is. We will miss her. The good news is that we do

Home-to-School Connections Guide: Tips, Tech Tools, and Strategies for
