10-Day Rule Information
Representatives from ODCTE, Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activity Association, and SDE have been meeting about the 10-day rule. The documents available to download are the result of these meetings. The LETTER document is the letter that went recently from the Dept. of Ed. announcing that the Dept. of Ed, the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activity Association and the Dept. of Careertech are in agreement and support of the suggested guidelines. The GUIDELINES document is the suggested guidelines for schools to use in developing their local policy.
OKCIS InformationOKCIS has a great new feature; the Plan of Study Custom Link. This new feature will let you link to your school's plan of study if you have it posted on the web. Students will be able to see what THEIR school requires as they fill in their OKCIS Plan of Study. To make the link, go to your administration site and under site options, enter your school's plan of study URL. For tips like these and more, sign up for the OKCIS blog. Contact Natalie Gay, ngay@okcareertech.org to sign up to receive the blog through your email.

You can also download the worksheets she encourages the students to use when applying for college and getting scholarships.
