Now: Hardway manages the Eastern Hemisphere Operations for Wood Group Surface Pumping Systems based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. There he coordinates and oversees system designs with engineering firms throughout Europe, Russia, Africa, the Middle East and the Asian Pacific.
