Private Security Series
CIMC's Private Security Training Series includes Basic Training, Security Guard, Private Investigator, Firearms, and Shotgun Training. This series is the only
approved training program for private security professionals in Oklahoma.
Developed under the direction of the Oklahoma Department of
Public Safety, the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET), and
representatives from the fields of industrial seurity and private investigation,
the training program offers three courses of instruction divided into four
training phases: Unarmed Security Guard
(Phases 1 and 2), Private Investigator (Phases 1 and 3), Armed Security Guard
(Phases 1, 2, and 4), and Armed Private Investigator (Phases 1, 3, and 4).

This CD consists of short, theme-based modules in areas including infectious diseases, forensics, communication in health care, diagnostic care, etc. Some activities are based on popular media, such as Grossology books and software and Emergency Room software. The modules are presented as full color PDF files to be printed by the teacher or student, and are appropriate for students in health academies and middle school or higher grades.
