No Child Left Behind
CIMC's innovative products help you meet the requirements of the federal No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.
Accountability
Our materials are competency-based and objective-driven, and include accountability measures.
Academic competencies are integrated within all of our instructional materials. Basic academic, workplace, and life skills are indicated through the use of basic skills icons.
Testing
National Standards - Many of our assessments and instructional materials align with national industry certification standards. Others are based on skill standards developed with the assistance of instructors and industry representatives. Visit our Testing Division's website to download these skill standards.
Formative (end of unit) Assessments - Evaluation of components covered are included in each curriculum unit. These should be used as pre- and post-tests.
Summative (end of course) Assessments - On-line testing is available for occupational competency testing with immediate results. This can be used for advanced standing and articulation agreements.
