Q.

When should I be able to register for the conference?

A. This year, conference registration materials will be sent to you via e-mail during the early part of May. Registration information will be sent to your school e-mail address. Should you not receive your division registration information, please contact your OkACTE division advisor. Non-OkACTE members should contact Kim Downey at the ODCTE at kdown@okcareertech.org or by phone 405 743-6831.

Q. Can I pay for all of my conference registration expenses and OkACTE membership dues with a credit card?
A.  Yes, Master Card, VISA, American Express and Discover will be accepted in 2008.

Q. Can I register on-line for the conference?
A. Yes! All divisions will have on-line conference registration available this year. On-line registration is expected to be available to you through this website in early May 2008. The registration process is completely automated this year. Therefore, please try to register on-line in advance of the conference so you may avoid standing in long registration lines at the Convention Center!

Q. Can I join a secondary division through my primary division?
A.  Yes, your primary division can accept your secondary division dues.

Q. What is the dress code?
A. The recommended dress for the first day of the conference is professional attire. Business casual attire is appropriate for Tuesday and Wednesday. Since meeting rooms tend to either be too hot or too cold, please consider bringing a sweater or jacket so that you are prepared for varying temperatures.

Q. If you have any other questions E-mail them to Rena Sterling, Project Management Office.
