Conference Registration
Conference Registration Your conference registration information will be sent to you via email by your division in early May. If you do not receive your registration information by May 20, contact your OkACTE division advisor or the Project Management Office at 405-743-6831. Registration will be held in the Cox Convention Center, Exhibit Hall west wall beginning Monday, August 4, 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Late registration will be available at the self-serve computer bank in the Exhibit Hall Tuesday, August 5, 7:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Payment Credit Cards may be used to pay OkACTE/ACTE dues, division dues, conference registration fees and other division activities. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover will be accepted this year. Credit card payments will immediately be charged and posted to the OkACTE account. Register online and make payment with the electronic check option. Payment will be deducted from your account immediately. Please be aware that you will be required to submit personal bank account information including the bank routing number, account number and a check number. Early Bird Registration Again this year… Conference participants, who register and pay the general conference registration fee by July 25th, will receive a $10.00 discount. The early bird registration fee is $50.00. Registration after July 25th will be $60.00. Please note: in order to receive the discount, payment must be received in the OkACTE office by July 25th. The only exception to this policy will be for employees who are new to the CareerTech system this year. On-Line Registration This year, all divisions will have the option to register on-line. All participants are strongly advised to register and pay early! It will provide a quicker, more efficient check-in time for you when you arrive at the conference. For better service, complete all registration on-line.
