The Summer Conference Tentative Stipend Schedule and reimbursement process is outlined below. The "three ring" method will continue to be utilized. The 2008 Summer Conference stipend scale is as follows:
| Region 1 | $ 80 |
| Region 2 | $205 |
| Region 3 | $255 |
*A maximum of 3 days stipend (not to exceed above dollar amounts) will be given by the ODCTE based on attendance from Monday, August 4 at 10:00 a.m. through Wednesday, August 6 at 12 noon.
One-half-day increments are
$20.
A Stipend for Summer Conference will be provided to all administrators,
funded local directors and assistants, teachers, counselors, and support
staff. You will be given a stipend based on the information you provide
to your program chairperson or state advisor/supervisor on the ODCTE Summer
Conference Stipend Form.
The stipend form will be included in your conference packet and will also be made available during the conference from each ODCTE program chairperson. If you elect to attend a meeting in another division, you must receive confirmation of meeting attendance from that program's chairperson in order to receive credit for the stipend.
NOTE: To receive the stipend, the stipend forms MUST
BE completed and returned to your program chairperson/division advisor
on the FINAL DAY of conference attendance. Only paid and registered
conference participants are eligible to receive the stipend.
