Transportation and Parking
TRANSPORTATION/SHUTTLE SERVICE
Please be aware that shuttle service to/from hotels and the Cox Convention
Center willnot be provided. Three of the four conference
hotels are located downtown within walking distance to the Convention
Center. The Clarion Meridian hotel is located at I-40 and S.
Meridian, an easy drive to downtown, approximately five miles via
Interstate-40. The Oklahoma Spirit Trolley does pick up passengers
at a trolley stop near the Clarion hotel on the “orange line” however,
morning hours are not available. The trolley also provides
service to most off-site parking garages downtown. If
you’re interested in riding the trolley, please visit the Oklahoma
Spirit Trolley website at www.gometro.org for
all trolley schedules and current fares.
PARKING at MEETING SITES
Clarion Meridian Hotel and Conference Center: Located
at I-40 and Meridian. Free parking to
all guests available in surrounding surface lots.
Cox Business Services Convention Center: The underground parking garage located below the Cox Convention Center is managed by Republic Parking Systems. Parking spaces are available for disabled guests driving properly licensed or tagged vehicles and are located near all four elevator entrances. Parking entrances are located on the east side of the building on E.K. Gaylord and the west side of the building on N. Robison Ave. Parking on the Plaza of the Ford Center and Cox Center is prohibited. Violators will be towed. The current charge for event parking is $6.00 per entry.
Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Downtown OKC : Parking is available in attached garage, fees are: $12/day self-parking, $2 hourly and $20 valet.
Renaissance by Marriott Downtown OKC: Self-parking is available in adjacent Santa Fe garage, fees are currently $12.00 daily. Valet parking is available for $20 fee. You may also park in Cox Convention Center garage for $6.00 fee and walk across the sky bridge to hotel.
Sheraton Hotel Downtown OKC: Parking
garage is attached to hotel and is managed by Century Parking Systems. The
entrance to the garage is off of Sheridan Avenue, across the street
from the Convention Center. The current charge is $8.00
per day.

ADDITIONAL PARKING DOWNTOWN
OKC
Additional parking is available throughout Downtown OKC and Bricktown. There
are more than 18,000 parking spaces including approximately 1,300 parking
meters. The Oklahoma Spirit Trolleys provide shuttle service
