New Teacher Academy

The New Teacher Academy was held July 17-19 in Stillwater at Meridian Technology Center. Three follow-up sessions on Sept. 26, 2012, October 23, 2012, and Jan. 31, 2013 will be held at the Oklahoma Department of Career Tech in Stillwater. All new CareerTech teachers are required to attend all five days of training.

There are many resources located on ICAT, the CareerTech online community, at http://icat.okcareertech.org. Login is required for many of the resources located in ICAT that are restricted to the Oklahoma CareerTech community. If you need access, contact the BMITE division for login instructions.

To access the many resources available for your use in the classroom, become a member of the ICAT community. Once you are a member of the ICAT community, login to ICAT, then select the Agency Division drop-down menu, then Business, Marketing, and IT Education.
