Instructions to renew a Provisional II Certificate

Application Process for Renewing Provisional II Teacher Certification

To renew a Provisional II Teacher Certification, each of the following is required:


  1. Documentation of successful completion of required 15 college semester hours toward the approved degree plan since the last application or renewal (Official Transcripts). Mail Official Transcripts to your Division (i.e., AG, BMITE, FACS, Health, STEM, T&I) at ODCTE: 1500 W. Seventh Ave., Stillwater, OK 74074.
  2. When all information has been received and processed, you will be instructed via email to log on to the SDE website to arrange payment and confirm your renewal of Provisional II certificate.
