CareerTech Perspectives

Program scheduled to take applications during the fall of 2014.

Message from State Director

As the Oklahoma CareerTech system continues to experience changes in key positions, both in the field and the state department, we need to intentionally prepare a cadre of individuals to have a sound understanding of our system. The CareerTech Perspectives program, meets this need.

CareerTech Perspectives offers a hands-on approach to learning the intricacies of our system; providing the future generation of leaders with the foundation necessary to accomplish our mission, understanding the vital role the CareerTech system plays in the success of individuals and our state’s economy.

Elements covered in this program lay the ground work for other professional development programs offered through the ODCTE. Please take a moment to identify appropriate individuals from your school or division who may be interested in this very worthwhile program. CareerTech administrators, teachers, and business and industry services personnel who have demonstrated a desire to grow professionally within the CareerTech system are encouraged to apply.
