For an initial T&I standard teacher certification, each of the following is required:

Send official transcripts documenting completion of the required college degree to your advisor at an Institution approved to offer a T&I Education degree program to arrange a review and recommendation:
- OSU (Dr. Mary Jo Self, 405-744-9191, maryjo.self@okstate.edu)
- UCO (Dr. Len Bogner, 405-974-5801, lbogner@uco.edu)
- Complete the form to Request a Recommendation from the Director of Teacher Education:
- Oklahoma State University Majors
- University of Central Oklahoma Majors
When all information has been received and processed, you will be instructed via email to log on to the SDE website to arrange payment and confirm your application.
