About the Emergency Communications Team Members of the Emergency Communications Team work with the public and media with messages approved by senior managers and the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer. All media questions must be referred to the ECT Coordinator who will either act as the spokesperson or designate the appropriate spokesperson.
