The History of Expressions! Evolving . . . . With Your Input!

The Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education e-publication Expressions! dates back to the early 1970s, not long after the legislative act made effective on July 1, 1968 establishing the governance of vocational education – now CareerTech education.  http://www.okcareertech.org/history/history4.htm

Since then Expressions! has evolved from a print “snail mail” piece to electronic. That change came in the fall of 2003 with changes due in part to readership input and to other agency changes including cost savings.
