The Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education and the Oklahoma CareerTech Foundation proudly facilitates several academic scholarships. Scholarship recipients are representative of our diverse population, varied career paths and educational levels. CareerTech Educators
CareerTech Foundation Teacher Recruitment/Retention Scholarship
To Recruit and Retain Teaching Professionals in the Oklahoma CareerTech System reflective of the diverse populations we serve.
Amount: $500 Semester up to $1500 year

The Lin Friedemann Memorial Grant is a fund for the professional development of career and technology educators.

Oklahoma Education Lottery Trust Fund College Scholarship for CareerTech Educators
The Oklahoma Education Lottery Trust Fund College Scholarship for CareerTech Educators is open to Oklahoma CareerTech educators pursuing or continuing their education in a related field of study, taking college courses that teach methods for integrating academics into CareerTech courses, an incumbent CareerTech teacher or a college junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree to become a certified CareerTech teacher with an approved Plan of Study at an approved institution of higher education.
Amount: undergraduate - up to $900 per semester
graduate - up to $1170 per semester
Deadline: Fall - July 1

Otha Grimes – Francis Tuttle Memorial Scholarships
This scholarship is available to adult students enrolled in a program at a Career & Technology Center.

Hugh McCrabb
The McCrabb Scholarship covers one full year’s tuition at an Oklahoma CTE
institution and any cost associated with testing and printing of the Oklahoma
Career Readiness Certificate.
