Interactive Math and Science With the New TI-Nspire Handheld with Rob Wilson, Texas Instruments.  See TI’s latest addition to math and science learning technology—it’s not just another graphing calculator.  The TI-Nspire uses multiple representations, a “grab and move” feature, and has built-in interactive geometry capabilities.  The TI-Nspire handheld also comes with a snap-in TI-84 Plus Keypad.

Accommodations for Assessments  with Peggy Castleberry, Canadian Valley/Chickasha.  Assessment is a critical part of proper placement and students with disabilities may need accommodations in order to demonstrate what they know.  Peggy will discuss different tests and how to accommodate students and include tips from her experiences over the years. 

Curriculum Access Resource Guide-Modified with Amy Daugherty, Oklahoma State Dept of Education Special Education Division.  In this session the Curriculum Access Resource Guide-Modified version will be explained, along with the instructor’s role in the process.

Software & Consulting.  Jeff will show you how Mimio is the perfect solution for presenting engaging interactive content.  Mimio connects directly to your PC/Mac.  With Mimio Interactive and a projector, Mimio allows you to control your desktop applications and documents directly from the board.
