Harold Anglin |
|
Harold
Anglin graduated from Durant High School in 1953, and from Southeastern
State University with a bachelor's degree Education in
1964. He graduated from Emporia State University in Kansas in
1969 with a master's degree in Education and received his
administrator's certification from Oklahoma State University.
Anglin taught marketing education at Anadarko High School and
Liberal High School/Liberal Area Vo-Tech School in Kansas.
He was assistant state supervisor
of Business Occupations and then director of Federal Funding
for the Kansas State Department of
Vocational and Technical Education from 1971-1977. He then returned
to Oklahoma as director of the Northeast Technical
Center, South campus in Pryor serving in that position
until 1982 when he was hired as superintendent. He retired
in 1998. Anglin also served 11 years in the National Guard.

Mary Sue Arnn |
|
Sue
Arnn graduated from Alamo Heights High School in San Antonio,
Texas. She received a bachelor's degree from
Texas State University in San Marcos, and attended summer
school in 1951 at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
From 1955 to 1957, Arnn taught 4th grade in Barrow, Alaska.
From 1957 to 1963 she was financial secretary for the Episcopal
Mission on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
In 1968, she moved to Ardmore and has served on many
boards of nonprofit organizations, including
the Ardmore Public Schools Board of Education and Oklahoma State
School Board Association Board of Directors.

Debbie Blue |
|
Debbie
Blue, Ed.D. is a graduate of Shawnee High School. She received
her bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a minor in secondary
Education from Oklahoma Baptist University, and a master's
degree in Mathematics from the University of Tulsa. She received
a doctoral degree in Curriculum and Instruction
from Oklahoma State University. Blue taught in the Sapulpa,
Jenks, and Shawnee public school systems and is currently senior
vice president for Academic Affairs at Oklahoma Baptist University.
She also serves on the State Board of Education and is the vice
chair of the Commission for Teacher Preparation, serving as
chair of the Assessment Committee.

Nevyle R. Cable |
|
Nevyle
Cable is the president and CEO of First National Bank and Trust
Co. of Okmulgee. With 33 years of banking and bank regulatory
experience he has been president of First National Bank since
1990. A graduate of Hominy High School, Cable earned a bachelor’s
degree in Finance from the University of Tulsa and completed
Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist
University, Dallas.
Cable is active
in community affairs, serving on the boards of the Okmulgee
United Way, Okmulgee Medical Center, Okmulgee Chamber of Commerce,
YMCA, Indian Nations Council Boy Scouts and Leadership Oklahoma.
He also is chairman/director of the Okmulgee Area Development
Corp., where he was the recipient of the 1997 Northeast Oklahoma
Economic Development Volunteer of the Year. Cable was
chairman of the Oklahoma Bankers Association (OBA) in 2001-2002
and serves on the OBA Government Relations Board. He currently
serves on the Eastern Workforce Investment, Inc. board in
Muskogee and the executive advisory board for the College
of Business at the University of Tulsa.

Marilyn Harrel |
|
Marilyn Harrel graduated from Oklahoma State University
earning a bachelor's degree in Vocational Home Economics in 1964. After
graduation, she started her teaching career with the Putnam City
Schools, then at Leedey Public Schools until 1980. From
1980 to 1985 she was the Leedey High School counselor. In 1986,
after 21 years of teaching, Harrel opened her own business called
Marilyn's Collection of Accessories.
Harrel has actively served in many capacities on various Leedey
community and civic committees as well as municipal and state
organizations. Some of them include the Oklahoma Medical
Research Board, Governor's Ad-Hoc State Quarter Design Committee,
Oklahoma Arts Council, Leedey Chamber of Commerce and Leedey
Alumni Association. Harrel has
received numerous awards which include Leedey Teacher of the
Year, induction the Dewey County Hall of Fame, and is a recipient
of the Governor's Arts Award.

Randy Gilbert |
|
Randy Gilbert
is a graduate of Tecumseh High School. He received a bachelor's
degree in Agricultural Education from Oklahoma State University
in 1983 and taught Vocational Agriculture at Lawton
High School from 1983 to 1988. Since 1988, Gilbert has also
been the operations manager and vice-president of Gilbert & Sons
Trucking Co. in Tecumseh. He is a member of the Shawnee Chamber
of Commerce, Tecumseh Growth and Development Authority, the
Pottawatomie County Safety Center Trust, and a lifetime
member of the Oklahoma FFA Alumni Association. Gilbert is also
a licensed Oklahoma insurance agent and used motor vehicle salesman.
Gilbert is also a member
of the Sirloin Club of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Cattleman's Association,
Limousin Breeders Association, and the Oklahoma State University
Alumni Association.

Dale Nye |
|
Dale Nye graduated from Lindsay High School in
1970. He earned his associate’s degree at Murray State College
in 1972, bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education at
Oklahoma State University in 1974, master’s degree in Education
at East Central University and Public School Administration Certification
at Oklahoma University in 1988. Nye taught vocational agriculture
in Paoli, Purcell and Lindsay schools. In 1986 he began his career
with Mid-America Technology Center located in Wayne, serving as
instructor/adult coordinator, assistant superintendent, deputy
superintendent. In 1988 he was named MATC superintendent/CEO.
In October 2005, Nye accepted the position of General Manager/CEO
of Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc. in Lindsay.

H. C. "Will" Williams |

C.
"Will" Williams
retired from the U.S. Army in 1981 after 20 years of
active service where he served
in a variety of positions throughout the United States, Germany,
France, and Vietnam. Williams, then,
worked as manager of Human Resources for Oklahoma Natural
Gas and has recently retired.
Williams is a graduate of Douglas High School in Oklahoma City and
received a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from
Southern Nazarene University. He is also a graduate of Leadership
Tulsa and has chaired numerous
boards in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas including the Tulsa
Civil Service Commission, Board of Directors for Tulsa Metropolitan
Urban League, Tulsa Area Human Resources Association
and First Community Housing Resource Board in Oklahoma
City. He was elected to the Owasso City Council in 1999 serving
as city councilor and mayor during his term.
