Employee and Labor Relations
This course builds on the Human Resources Concepts course and introduces students to topics in employment law with a focus on discrimination, harassment, the EEOC, the FMLA, OSHA standards, the ADA and the FSLA. It also introduces students to the hiring process, performance evaluations, and termination procedures.
