Human Resources Information Systems

Course Description

This course provides students with an understanding of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and how they support the Human Resource function. Students learn the various HRIS applications currently available such as employee information, application tracking, skills inventory systems, EEO compliance, and HR planning.
