The Greeter and Service Writer course provides instruction that prepares the student to be an effective service writer in the automotive preventive maintenance service center. Specific areas of instruction include Doing the Greeter and Service Writer Job, Answering the Telephone, Greeting the Customer, Pre-Service Tasks, Post-Service Tasks, and Your Center.
