Students will become familiar with professional audio editing software that can be used to edit, mix, and produce quality sound effects for video presentations.

Digital Media Production |
Knowledge and Skills
- Cut dialogue, action, comedy, chases, fights, interviews, documentaries, music videos, and multi-camera projects, as well as complete an entire audio mix.
- Select and work with various types of audio equipment including mixers and microphones.
- Comply with copyright rules and guidelines.
- Apply knowledge of equipment and skills related to audio production.
- Demonstrate writing audio scripts and developing storyboards for video production.
- Apply knowledge of audio editing tools and techniques for improved sound quality.
- Export audio in a variety of formats.
- Demonstrate technical production support for audio productions.
- Demonstrate the effective use of tools for interactive media production, development, and project management.
- Explore career opportunities in audio and video technology and film.
