Course Title

Employee and Labor Relations

Course Description

This course builds on the Human Resources Concepts course and introduces students to topics in employment law with a focus on discrimination, harassment, EEOC, FMLA, OSHA standards, ADA, and FSLA. It also introduces students to the hiring process, performance evaluations, and termination procedures.
