BPA Important Dates
Code of Conduct
Every student member that participates in an official CTSO event needs to have a signed Code of Conduct on file with the local chapter adviser. Download the form and have each student sign. It is the adviser's responsibility to have students sign and keep the forms on record for the membership year.
BPA Code of Conduct
Statement of Assurance
A signed Statement of Assurance must be on file for all advisers who have a chapter and have students attending leadership conferences hosted by Oklahoma Business Professionals of America. Use the link below to download the form. Complete the form and return to Oklahoma BPA office by Sept. 28, 2017. If your chapter does not have a Statement of Assurance signed and on file, you will not be able to participate in the conferences, and conference registration will not be released.
If you have a multiple-adviser chapter, each adviser must sign and place his or her information on the form. You may place all individual's names and information on one form and submit that one form to our office, but Oklahoma BPA needs all individuals' information on the form.
