Continuous School Improvement Workshop
The Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education will host the second annual Continuous School Improvement Workshop Aug. 5, 2015, at the Tulsa Cox Convention Center. The workshop will focus on the importance of continuous school improvement and the culture shift necessary to support continuous school improvement. Dr. Bill Daggett (Bio), founder and chairman of the International Center for Leadership in Education, will be the keynote speaker. Participants will also have the opportunity to exchange CSI best practices and develop and strengthen networks for continuous school improvement.
A post-CareerTech Summer Conference activity, the CSI workshop has a separate registration with a fee of $90 per person. We believe you will find the registration application easy to use. Individuals may register themselves, or schools may secure multiple tickets at one time. Remember, there will be no on-site registration. Important Note: If you would like to register now and pay later (using a PO for example), under “Registration” click “show other payment options” and then choose “pay offline” and follow the prompts.
All CareerTech Summer Conference-designated hotels will honor the conference rate for the CSI conference as well. Workshop attendees needing lodging will simply need to extend their reservation by one day.
The workshop will feature three rounds of concurrent sessions. Please see the agenda and review the concurrent session descriptions for more details. Questions may be directed to Stephanie Simon or LaMecia Stidham. If you have questions regarding the registration site, click “Help Center” at the bottom of the page.
