To Prospective Exhibitors

We are pleased to invite you to the 47th Annual Oklahoma CareerTech Summer Conference and Expo.  This is an excellent opportunity for you to identify new prospects, strengthen relationships with existing customers and enhance your product’s recognition in the career and technology programs throughout the state of Oklahoma.

Location: Tulsa Cox Convention Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma

Attendees:

3,500+ CTE superintendents, administrators, teachers and state staff

Cost:

*$570 if contract and payment or purchase order received by July 1, 2014.

*$670 if contract and payment or purchase order received after July 1, 2014.

*Corner booths are an additional $50 per booth. Please check booth availability on Event 1’s website prior to sending in payment and contract.

Standard booth includes: One 10’ x 10’ booth, one 8’ draped table, two chairs, booth sign, and a trash can.

*Note: Electrical service and carpet are not included in standard booth rental.

The aisles will not be carpeted.  More details will be in your Booth Confirmation letter.

Passport Stations:

To encourage additional traffic throughout the trade show floor, we have designated five separate booths as “passport stations”. Attendees must have their passports validated at each station to be eligible for the grand prize! The additional cost for you to participate in this program is $150.  If you are interested please contact Event 1 at contact information below.

12 noon - 4:00 p.m.                Heavy equipment move-in and exhibitor set-up

4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.              Exhibitor set-up continues (hand trucks only)

Monday, August 4, 2014

7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.              Exhibits Open (Conference registration and all food concessions  located in Exhibit Hall.)

11:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.           Lunch concessions in Exhibit Hall available to attendees and exhibitors.

3:30 p.m.                                 Exhibits Close and Dismantle.

 

*Vehicles are not allowed in the building during load-in.  Hand carts only.

Booth Selection:

Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis.  Your booth number will be confirmed only after payment is received.  As space is limited and demand is great, you are encouraged to reserve your space now!

Deadlines: To take advantage of the reduced booth rental fee of $570, exhibitor contract with payment must be received by July 1, 2014After July 1, booth rental increases to $670.
