CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FOR ATTENDEES
Q. When should I be able to register for the conference?
A. The target date for registration to open is May 1st. Should you not receive your division registration information after May 1st, please contact your OkACTE division advisor. Non-OkACTE members should contact Kim Downey at the ODCTE at email@example.com or by phone 405-743-6831.
Q. Can I pay for all of my conference registration and OkACTE membership dues with a credit card?
A. Yes. Master Card, VISA, American Express and Discover will be accepted in 2017.
Q. Can I register on-line for the conference?
A. Yes, registration will be open May 1st. Please try to register on-line in advance of the conference so you may avoid standing in long registration lines at the Convention Center. Also, if you pay the conference registration fees by July 15, 2017, you can avoid the $20 late fee.
Q. Can schools pay my conference registration fees and professional dues?
A. NO. Schools can pay conference registration fees but not professional dues. However, they can pay your professional dues if they are part of your employment contract and a copy of the contract accompanies the check. Please make all checks or school purchase orders out to OkACTE and mail to OkACTE, 2801 N Lincoln Blvd, Suite 130, Oklahoma City, OK 73105. You may fax school purchase orders and completed registration forms to OkACTE at 405-525-8973.
Q. Can I join a secondary division through my primary division?
A. Yes, you can join as many secondary divisions as you like please note:
1. You will be required to pay state division dues for all secondary divisions that you select.
B. If you want to be a member of another division as a secondary on the National level (ACTE) you will need to contact ACTE. (800) 826-9972
Q. Who do I contact to reset my password?

Q. My company is interested in participating as an exhibitor. How may I get more information?

Q. Will ODCTE provide a stipend to conference attendees this year?
A. Because of ongoing budget concerns, ODCTE is not able to provide stipends again this year.
Q. What is the dress code?
A. The recommended dress code for the first day of the conference is professional attire. Business casual attire is appropriate for Wednesday. Since meeting rooms tend to either be too hot or too cold, please consider bringing a sweater or jacket so that you are prepared for varying temperatures.
Q. When and where will the New and Related Services (NRS) Business Meeting be held?
A. The NRS business meeting is scheduled Tuesday, August 1, 2017, 3:45 p.m., Cox Convention Center, Room TBD.
