Stipends and Attendance Verification
Stipends
Because of the ongoing budget concerns, the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education (ODCTE) is not in the financial position to provide stipends to conference participants this year. Schools will need to work out a travel reimbursement policy for its employees. Comprehensive schools will be permitted to use "program assistance funds" to provide a stipend if they so choose.

Attendance Verification
Each conference participant will receive an "Attendance Verification" form in their conference packets. Please complete this form during the conference, obtain the State Program Administrator/Division Head or designated ODCTE Staff's signature and turn in to an ODCTE staff member on the final day of conference. Participants may keep the back copy of the form to use as needed for school records.
