Transportation and Parking
Please be aware that downtown shuttle service to/from the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the Tulsa Cox Convention Center will be provided at no charge to CareerTech Summer Conference participants. The Doubletree Hotel is connected to the Convention Center via a sky bridge. The tentative shuttle schedule is as follows:
Sunday, August 3rd, 12 noon – 6:00 p.m.
Monday, August 4th, 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 5th, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Shuttle service to the Marriott Hotel and other meeting sites including OSU-Tulsa and local technology centers will not be provided. Conference attendees will be responsible for providing own transportation to off-site hotel and meeting locations.
PARKING AT MEETING SITES
Doubletree Downtown Hotel: Registered hotel guests may self-park in the attached garage for $7 per day with in/out privileges. Non-hotel guests will be charged $2 per hour, up to $10 maximum per day. Valet parking is not available.
Hyatt Regency Hotel - Downtown:
1.) All hotel-registered guests may self-park in the attached covered south parking garage at the current rate of $7 per day, with in/out privileges.
2.) Valet parking is available for $13 per day.
3.) Multiple overflow parking lots are available.
Marriott Southern Hills Hotel: Located at 71st and S. Lewis Avenue. Free Parking to all overnight guests and meeting attendees in surrounding surface lots.
Tulsa Cox Convention Center: The parking garage is available to conference attendees, located north of the Tulsa Cox Convention Center on 3rd Street, between Houston and Denver Avenues. For easy access, the parking garage is connected to the Convention Center through a covered walkway. Parking is currently $5.00 - $8.00 per car, per day. The parkade is owned and operated by American Parking and has 1,395 spaces. Additional parking is within a short walk. Click below to see a downtown parking map.
