Transportation/Shuttle Service

Please be aware that shuttle service to/from hotels and the Cox Convention Center will not be provided.  Three of the four conference hotels are located downtown within walking distance to the Cox Convention Center.  The Sheraton Midwest City Hotel at the Reed Conference Center is located at I-40 and Sooner Road, an easy drive to downtown, approximately six miles via Interstate-40. The Downtown Discovery Trolley provides service throughout the downtown OKC area including Bricktown.   If you’re interested in riding the trolley, please visit the Metro Transit website at www.gometro.org for all trolley schedules and current fares.

Parking at Meeting Sites

Sheraton Midwest City Hotel at the Reed Conference Center: Located 6 miles east of downtown OKC at I-40 and Sooner Road.   Free parking to all guests and conference attendees is available in surrounding surface lots.

Convention Center: The underground parking garage is located below the Cox Convention Center. Parking spaces are available for disabled guests driving properly licensed or tagged vehicles and are located near all four elevator entrances.  Parking entrances are located on the east side of the building on E.K. Gaylord and the west side of the building on N. Robison Ave.  Parking on the Plaza of the Chesapeake Arena and the Cox Center is prohibited.  Violators will be towed.  The current charge for event parking is $6.00 per entry.

Courtyard Marriott Downtown OKC: Parking is available in attached garage, fees are:  $12/day self-parking and $20 valet.

Renaissance by Marriott Downtown OKC: 

The Santa Fe garage, connected to the Renaissance hotel, is a “limited availability” parking option for hotel guests.  The hotel does not control availability or rates for the Santa Fe garage.   Self-Parking through the hotel is now available at the Chesapeake Arena Parking Garage (Connected To Courtyard Hotel) for $10 per night.  The Renaissance provides 24 hour complimentary shuttle service to and from the parking garage for guests.  When you arrive at the parking garage, please call 405.228.8086 to ride the shuttle.  Upon departure, go to the valet desk to ride shuttle to parking garage.  Valet parking is also available for $25 overnight, or $15 per day.

Sheraton Hotel OKC Downtown: Parking garage is attached to hotel and is managed by Century Parking Systems.  The entrance to the garage is off of Sheridan Avenue, across the street from the Cox Convention Center.  The current parking fees are $7 to pay the garage directly or $10 per day for unlimited in and out access which can be paid to the hotel.

Additional Parking Downtown OKC
