Specification for the 2008 State Conference, the span for the bridge will be 12" long (remember to add 2 inches to the length of the bridge to rest on the abutments).  The material for the bridge consists of up to twenty (20) feet of 3/32" X 3/32" basswood, 3"X 3" plywood block 1/4" thick and 3" X 5" note card.  The bridge shall be glued using cyanoacrylate (CA) glue only.  For more specifics on glue please refer to the Competitive Event Guide.
