Projects and Unique Attributes
- Cashion Public School patrons voted in 2013 to join the Francis Tuttle district, bringing the total number of school districts served to seven.
- The comprehensive School of Culinary Arts is fully staffed and operational, featuring three retail outlets: Tut’s (a student cafeteria); Cravings (a bakery shop); and District 21(a full-service teaching restaurant). The program was a Journal Record Innovator of the Year finalist.
- The Business Innovation Center, located at I-35 and Covell in Edmond's Cross Timbers complex, is now complete. The Center houses ACD offerings, customized business and industry training, the Center for Municipal Excellence, and Launch Pad FT, a business incubator.
- Progress continues on the strategic initiative – Pathway to Excellence – to ensure that students are both career and college-ready. Supporting the goal of continuous school improvement, Francis Tuttle assesses academic gains for students.
