Projects and Unique Attributions
Moore Norman Technology Center (MNTC) provides quality education and business training to the patrons of Norman, Moore, and South Oklahoma City. MNTC serves over 1,100 secondary and post-secondary students enrolled in 127 career majors, many of which are nationally accredited. Through participation in a Cooperative Alliance with OCCC and Rose State, most students can earn college credit.
More than 650 businesses receive training to enhance their business performance and 40,000 adults are served through our conference facilities and adult development classes.
Additionally, a diverse population attends programs that are unique to Moore Norman: Career Awareness Night, CareerQuest, Summer Youth Academy, and the Business Development Center.
MNTC is a recipient of the Gold Star School Award, is ISO registered, and was awarded the Oklahoma Quality Award at the Achievement Level in 2007.
Secondary students living within the technology center district are eligible to attend tuition free.
