Wes Watkins Technology Center (WWTC) provides quality secondary and postsecondary technical programs to adults and high schools in portions of Hughes, Okfuskee and McIntosh counties.
WWTC is accredited by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, Oklahoma Board of Nursing, and The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs. Wes Watkins has participated in Technology Centers That Work for four years and is recognized as a leader in school improvement.
Wes Watkins Technology Center offers 30 majors in the industry clusters of Health Science, Information Technology, Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources, Architecture and Construction, and Business, Management and Administration. Business and Industry Services include adult and continuing education, customized business and industry training, and safety training to companies and their employees.
Agriculture Business Management is also offered to area agricultural businesses. Each major offers individualized instruction with a focus on lifelong learning and personal excellence, with college credit offered in all majors.
WWTC has been recognized as a Gold Star School 17 times since 1991 by meeting quality performance standards for Oklahoma Technology Centers. Secondary students living in the technology center district who attend a public, private, parochial, charter, or home school are eligible to attend tuition-free.

District population is 21,010 based on 2000 census data. School districts served include Bearden, Dustin, Graham, Hanna, Holdenville, Mason, Moss, Okemah, Weleetka and Wetumka.
