Gone are the days of update meetings and one shot events. Professional development through Tech Prep should be prescriptive, ongoing, sustained and aimed to give participants new knowledge and skills with the ultimate goal of improving student achievement. Tech Prep professionals should feel welcome to use the Tech Prep Professional Development Sourcebook as an aid to planning and developing a professional development plan for their consortium.
