2009-10 Username and Password
*Important Reminder - As the 2009-2010 school year progresses, please be aware of the following changes for access to the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education online competency assessments -
Every Testing Liaison is required to complete the Testing Liaison Basic Training and pass the test at the end of the training. This online training can be accessed at http://www.okcareertech.org/testing/PDF_Docs/TL_Basic_Training.pdf .
After the Testing Liaison passes the test, a notification email will be sent to our office at the CareerTech Testing Center. We will then email you instructions for accessing the Testing Liaison Confidentiality Agreement & Designation Form and the 2009-2010 Competency Assessment Order Form. Every Testing Liaison should complete these forms and return them to our office.
After we receive these forms, we will email you a username and password for access to the assessments that were selected on the 2009-2010 Competency Assessment Order Form. (January 2010)
2009-10 Competency Certificates
We are currently printing and mailing competency certificates every two weeks. Printing occurs on Fridays (printing on Fri. 10/16//09), and certificates are normally mailed out by the following Monday. These are mailed to each school's testing liaison for distribution. As the end of each school term approaches, we will increase the frequency of printing and distribution as testing increases. For information concerning reprints of incorrectly printed certificates, please see below. (October 2009)
Notice to Testing Liaisons: Certificate Errors
Please make certain student names are spelled and capitalized correctly when entered into the online system. Due to the expense and sheer volume of certificates that need to be printed and mailed, there will be a $5.00 per certificate charge for reprint due to input error on your end. Payment should be in the form of a P.O. or school credit card, payable to CIMC.
If input error is made on our end we will reprint the certificate free of charge. In both cases, please send an email to - Deborah_Whitlow@okcareertech.org with the following information –
- Your name
- Your username
- School Name
- Student's Name
- Competency exam passes
- Date of exam
The reprinted certificate will be mailed as soon as possible. Thank you. (August 2009)
