Catch the WAVE (but maybe not just yet!)

The change is coming, but we may have updated our registration fields in the tests a little early!  If you have the student's WAVE ID issued by the Oklahoma State Department of Education, please use the number for student registration.  If you don't have the WAVE ID number, please use a numerical identifier that is unique to each student (i.e., school student ID, social security) in that field.  REMEMBER:  The number must be 10 digits in length.  If the number you use has less than 10 digits, please add zeroes to the FRONT of the number.  (For example, 445566 would need to be input as 0000445566).  (September 2008)

Testing Liaison Policies and Procedures

(formerly Testing Liaison Guidebook) has been revised!  BIG changes for the 2008-09 year include:  retake, cheating, and misuse policies, guidelines for determining when students should test, revised data distribution policies, etc.  Please print and keep this on hand for easy reference during busy testing times!  (September 2008)

New Certificates are coming on January 1!

Until then, liaisons may use the electronic pdf file to print certificates for students.  The new certificates will have have a bold, new look and will be printed in Stillwater and mailed to local testing liaisons.   (September 2008)

Higher Cut Score for Child Care Director test (27105)

Effective October 20, 2008, students must score 75% or higher to pass the Child Care Director test.  (September 2008)
