If you have forgotten
your password, use the Find Your Password menu item.

If you are a new
teacher, you can set your password.

If you are teaching the
same program as the same school as the 2006-2007 school year, use the
password created/used last year.
Enter the requested
information filling in the blanks and using pull down menus as necessary.
Print two copies of the
completed form: one is for your file and one is to share with your
administration.
