Regional Administrators

The Regional Administrators serve as a liaison between superintendents of local education agencies, local communities, and the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education. Oklahoma is divided into four regional administrator districts.

We provide interpretation and communication of State Department polices and procedures for school districts offering CareerTech programs, provide technical assistance, and assist with local program planning. We also collect and disseminate data and information related to CareerTech programs.

The Regional Administrators host a high school administrators’ program annually for selected school administrators. It is a one-day workshop held at the Oklahoma Department of CareerTech and has always been well received.

The HSAP program helps administrators better understand the CareerTech system, and learn about the latest information on career options related to CareerTech programs offered both at their schools and at their local technology centers.
