The Records Management Act requires all state agencies to maintain a Records Disposition Schedule. A disposition schedule is a list of records that are created or received by the agency, with the appropriate disposition of how long the record must be kept. There are two schedules used by our agency. The General Records Disposition Schedule (GRDS) is a list of records that are common to all state agencies and Schedule 85-09 is a list of records specific to the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education.
